Returns and shipping
Most products are made to order so please allow 5-10 working days from your purchase date to receive your item(s). If your order will take longer you will be notified ASAP. Orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday only.
Due to products being handmade we cannot offer returns or exchanges at this time but welcome all feedback. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make sure everything is right.

PACKAGE LOST OR STOLEN?
Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Spoiled Pleasures is unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages. We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout, so please double check before hitting submit.
